Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Returns & Refunds Options
if your order got lost in Transits or you have received the wrong item or size, there's 2 options available to our Appreciated customers to choose from.
- if you have received the wrong size/color keep your item & we will reship your correct order details or return the product and receive 60% partial refund.
- we can reship your order again if your order got lost in Transits.
- we can refund you a 60% partial refund (we offer 60% partial refund due the shipping cost & fees), in case your order got lost and you are not satisfied to reship your order.
Quality issues & Satisfaction
- if you're not Satisfied with the product quality/design that you have received you must return the product to our manufacture and you must pay the return cost & receive a 70% Partial Refund.
- if you are not satisfied with the first option which is returning the product, you can simply emails us at firstname.lastname@example.org & we will give you a 100% Discount (depends on your order subtotal) and you can order a different item at no additional cost.
- you can keep your item and receive a 10% partial refund or please choose option number one.
- item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- you must send us your order number & the return receipt.

- every return that customers make they must provide us with a tracking number (any returned order without a tracking number is not eligible for a refund).

- If you have paid using a credit card, refund will be credited to your credit card account, within 5 to 7 business days
- If you have paid using debit card/internet banking, amount will be refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days
- However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your banks processing time. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.
- The amount will be refunded in the Bank account through Electronic Funds Transfer. We do not provide any cash /check / DD refund.
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 3-5 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse. You will also be informed via email on the refund status.
Kindly note that refund to the customer’s bank or credit card account is subject to estimated processing time lines provided by the banks.
Since the products are displayed online on different screen resolutions, there may be possibilities that colors or design of the product delivered may vary in actual color. Customers are requested to read all the details and disclaimer on product page before placing the order.
